We want you to be completely happy with your order.
If for any reason you are not satisfied we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply.
Our policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your item is received we will make the exchange and cover the shipping cost for your new item(s).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund when applicable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service that includes tracking or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to an error on our end. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Undergarments and personal use items such as chapstick, and socks are non-refundable.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Store Credit: In the event, you were offered a store credit please note that your store credit expires 1 year from your issue date. If you lose your code or fail for claim the code before it expires, you will not be issued another code.
Final Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately, final sale items cannot be refunded, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance. Final sale items may not be exchanged. Undergarments and personal use items such as chapstick, and socks are non-refundable.
You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund for eligible items. If Seel Return Assurance is not purchased for eligible items in your order, then your order is subject to the standard return policy.
