Gentle neck stretch to the left and right side and hold. Hack: when your head is tilted look for the corner between the wall and the ceiling allowing the muscles in your neck to stretch and hold the position.
2. Shoulder Small Circles Forward and Backward
Extend your arms out straight and make small circles. Do five sets of small circles, both forward and backward. Gradually make the circles bigger, 5 sets each and than do a full rotation both forward and backward, 5 sets each.
3. Arm Swings
Swing your arms and twist your torso from one side to the other. Hack: raise your heel as you twist. This exercise helps loosen your hips but also aids in stimulating your digestive system.
4. Ankle Circles
Maintaining healthy knees is vital for overall mobility. Lift your foot off the ground and do six ankle rotations in each direction. This simple exercise helps to strengthen the ankles and improve joint flexibility, contributing to better knee health and stability.
5. March in Place
Lift your knees until it is in a 90 dress angle, alternating knees. Start with 12 reps of alternating left and right legs and eventually work up to 3 sets of 12 reps over time.
